Returns & Exchanges Policy – Tranquil FFD
At Tranquil FFD, we comply fully with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Our goal is to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase and we are committed to addressing any issues promptly and fairly.
Australian Consumer Law Rights
Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund if an item you purchase is:
Faulty or defective
Significantly different from the description or sample shown
Unfit for its intended purpose
Change of Mind Returns
We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
Exchanges or store credit for change of mind may be offered at our discretion, provided:
The item is unused and in original condition
The item is returned within 14 days of receiving your order
Packaging, tags and labels are intact
Return postage for change-of-mind exchanges is the responsibility of the customer.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you believe your item is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos or videos showing the fault
We will assess the issue in line with the ACL and determine whether a repair, replacement or refund is appropriate.
Incorrect or Incomplete Orders
If you receive the wrong item or an item is missing from your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can correct the mistake at no cost to you.
Return Conditions
Items must be returned with all original packaging and accessories.
We recommend using a trackable postage service, as Tranquil FFD is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds (where applicable) will be processed to the original payment method.
Sale items may not be eligible for exchange unless faulty.
