SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping Policy – Tranquil FFD
All orders are processed and dispatched from Melbourne, Victoria within 2 business days. Once your order has been handed to Australia Post, delivery timeframes are outside our control and may vary depending on your location, courier delays, public holidays and peak periods. We offer both Standard and Express Post options Australia-wide via Australia Post. Express Post provides a faster delivery service - however, it is not a guaranteed next-day service and may still be subject to delays. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout, as we cannot take responsibility for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect addresses. If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us so we can assist with an Australia Post investigation.
Shipping Rates
Standard Shipping: Flat-rate fee of $10 Australia-wide.
Express Post: Available at an additional cost, calculated at checkout.
Authority to Leave
If you select “Authority to Leave,” your parcel may be left in a safe location at the delivery address. Tranquil FFD is not responsible for parcels that are stolen, misplaced, or damaged after delivery has been confirmed.
Undeliverable or Returned Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, the customer will be responsible for any re-delivery shipping fees.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
Once an order has been dispatched and transferred to Australia Post, Tranquil FFD is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged parcels. Ownership of goods transfers to the customer upon dispatch. We will assist with courier investigations where possible, but refunds or replacements cannot be issued for issues caused by the postal service.
No International Shipping
Tranquil FFD currently does not currently ship internationally. We offer shipping within Australia only.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available from Taylors Lakes, Victoria. Orders must be arranged in advance and customers will receive a notification when their order is ready for collection. Customers are responsible for collecting their orders within a reasonable timeframe and must present order confirmation or identification upon pickup. Tranquil FFD is not responsible for items left uncollected beyond the agreed timeframe.
